May Concert & Competition Winners Showcase

Winners in the Vocal, Instrumental, and Piano divisions of our 2024 Competition for Young Musicians will perform their stellar Showcase Concert at 4:00PM at First Presbyterian Church. The women of the Denton Bach Choir will be on hand to sing pieces by composed or arranged by women. This last concert in our season of collaborations will be conducted by Tawny Rybowicz, music minister at Trinity Methodist Church and choir director at Harpool Middle School in Denton.

The Denton Bach Society and the Chancel Choir of First Presbyterian Church join voices with Jacob Augsten on the podium as we return to our "first love," JS Bach for selections from the glorious St Matthew Passion and his Eastertide cantata.
